Morgan R. Bentley is a partner in the law firm of Williams, Parker, Harrison, Dietz & Getzen. He practices in the areas of business and real estate litigation, and is chair of the firm’s litigation section. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1992, and his B.A., with a major in economics, also from the University of Florida, in 1988.

He is a member of the 12th Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee; the American Bar Association, to which he was elected as a Fellow in 2006; and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He was a member of the Board of Governors of the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar; and has served as a director and officer of the Sarasota County Bar Association since 1999.
