Best Practices For Taking and Defending Depositions

On Friday, February 24, the Civil Trial Section will present a luncheon seminar from noon until 1:30 p.m. on the "Best Practices For Taking and Defending Depositions."   Featured presenters will be attorneys Derek Byrd, who will be speaking about objections based on the Fifth Ammendment, Cynthia Fallon, who will discuss strategy and preparation for taking depositions, and Philip Hammersley, who will address preparing your client to be deposed.  Approval for 1.5 hours of CLE credit has been sought for this seminar.
